4 Day Las Vegas Terms

1. This offer entitles the recipient and a companion to three (3) nights of hotel accommodations in the Las Vegas, NV resort area (subject to availability and certain restrictions listed below). Accommodations are for two (2) adults. Up to two (2) children under the age of 18 may stay in their parents’ room based on availability for an additional fee (often $15 per person for the trip).  To be eligible for this offer, you must be 21 years of age or older. If married you must travel with your spouse. If not married you may also travel.  Upon check-in, hotels will require an imprint of a driver’s license & major credit card (NO DEBIT CARDS) to cover the cost of incidental charges and room tax.  While we are unable to quote hotel tax cost, in the past it has been $7-$15 a night. This offer is available to US & Canada residents only.  If from Quebec, must speak English fluently.  Not valid for Florida residents.

2.   $45 non-refundable redemption processing fee.  You will receive a $50 value Restaurant gift certificate   Extra nights may be available for a fee at booking time.   60 days notice after processing.  There is a $50 refundable room guarantee deposit.  You may be asked to provide alternate travel dates.

3. Once Reservations receives your registration form you will be sent a Vacation Planning Form. Reservation requests must be postmarked a minimum of 45 days prior to your earliest desired travel date. Please note that while advance notice is recommended, correspondence is typically not issued until 30 to 35 days prior to your arrival date. Incomplete or non-compliant planning forms will cause you to repeat redemption steps.  We reserve the right to substitute another travel offer at any time. This offer may be limited or not available on or around holidays.  

4. While you have a year to redeem your daily deal voucher, once you redeem and receive the travel certificate by mail you must use it within 180 days. When your reservations are confirmed, you will be mailed a written confirmation with your check-in instructions and directions to the property. It Is Important That You Do Not Book Airfare Or Leave For Your Vacation Until You Have Received Written Confirmation.

5. This certificate is valid for hotel accommodations only and does not include transportation, meals or any other miscellaneous expenses. The required weekend surcharge is currently no longer being charged by any currently participating hotels.  Vacation Getaway Destinations, the reservation provider, its agents, assignees and designees, act only as agents for hotels and will not assume any responsibility for any loss, delay, accident, injury or damage to persons, property or any liability whatsoever arising from or in conjunction with services provided.

6. Accommodations are based on promotional availability.  Additional availability/upgrades may be available for adherence to additional terms.  To reschedule or change a confirmed reservation, there is a fee.  Written notice of cancellations to a confirmed reservation must be received 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.

7. This offer is not valid for group travel (two or more certificate holders) or for attending a convention (No Exceptions). Two (2) or more 4 Day Las Vegas vacation certificates may not be used consecutively or within the same 12 month period. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.  Certificates have no cash value and are void where prohibited by law and where registration and requirements have not been met.  Specific hotels vary and are subject to change.  You are responsible for the redemption instructions and terms and conditions which are subject to change as they apply on the date of redemption and on VGD's website.


HOW TO REDEEM- STEP BY STEP

1.  Click on this link: http://www.vgdestinations.com/Redeem_4_Day_Vacation.html  and fill out the form.  You will be mailed your registration form.

2. Follow the directions on the Registration Form you receive by regular mail and mail it back with the $45  redemption processing fee.  Be sure to fill it out completely!

3.  Your registration form will be processed and you’ll be mailed a Vacation Planning form.  Fill out the form completely and send it back and Reservations will contact you to book typically 30-35 days before your arrival date.

4. When you have received final confirmation of your travel dates, e-mail your name, original voucher code, and name of the site you bought it on to 4DayLasVegas@vgdestinations.com and request us to e-mail you your $50 value Restaurant gift certificate and 3 travel e-books within 4 business days.

*Note:  Your patience is required, so please plan in advance.  Please do not  follow-up with the Daily Deal site you purchased it on, as they are not Reservations.
